Category: Let's talk
I have Met:
Vern Troyer aka Minni Me from Austin Powers...he's really shy, but he's cool.
Georgia Fox and David Hall from C.S.I.
Jeff Timmons from 98 Degrees...he came to one of my shows (I am a musician)
Ernie Reyes Jr. He has been in movies such as The Rundown...he does martial arts.
I met him two nights ago...we were drunk and it was great.
The thing is, I didn't even know of his accomplishments until after.
I want to meet Vern Troyer. I've never met anyone very famous.
I have also met Amanda Bynes.
There was an actress that has been in a lot of stuff named Raquel Lee in my history class last year...she was a whiny bitch.
um...ray romano, and about half the cast of mad tv. and, does judge ito count? also a few people from american idol. oh, and shane west. and this guy robb who's the lead singer of a band called limbeck that's really awesome.
I met one of the band members from molly hatchet i was the only one who got to meet any one from the band
Not sure if this qualifies, but I met Doug Johnson, keyboardest for the group Loverboy, and I might be seeing them live for the first time this summer!
well, I've met, in my time, jimmy savle, paul daniels, princess dianna, will young, the band libertyx, mel b, darius, doctor fox, a radio and tv dj over here in england, one of the stars of big brother, a tv show over here, an yeh, think that's it
Jay Leno, Johnny Rotten from the Sex Pistols, Hulk Kogan, Rupert G. from the Letterman show, and Wyclef Jean.
I met Donnie Osmond several years ago, and the rest of the cast from "Joseph and the Amazing Techni-Color Dream Coat." I got Donnie's autograph. They all were very friendly. Then just a couple years ago I met Bill Clinton. A group of us at a former job I had were invited to a school on the south side of Chicago, where Clinton was going to speak on his last day in office. He shook everyone's hand and was very personable. But there were problems, one of which was that Clinton was like two hours late. The other problem was lack of access. We had someone who gets around in a wheelchair come with us, and there was no working elevator like we had been told there would be. Oh and I also met Dick and Ginny Thornburgh when Dick was Governor of Pennsylvania. I got to light up the Christmas tree at the Capitol building.
Well, I met Uncle Kracker in 2001, and now, my fiance and I are Uncle Kracker groupies!
We travel all over the country to see his shows, he is a really nice guy,a nd he sings great!
I forgot this one, but back in 1992 at a confrence called Independence 92 that was held in Vancouver in the spring of that year, I met Rick Hanson, you might have seen him in the news, but for those who don't know, he was the guy who whent around the world in a wheel chare back in 86 as part of the man in motion tour to raise money for medical research.
I don't know if this one counts, but in 2003 I talked on the phone to Augusto Odone, who is famous because he invented an oil to help his son Lorenzo. I also met and sang for andrea Mcardle. That was back in 1999.
I've never met anyone. Go me! LOL
I did a movie with Val Kilmer (spelling?) who was one of the actors for Batman. I think I met Fathe Hill for a second, not sure though, as she was in an HBO Special I was a part of involving dreams, and I sort of know Zena Grey, the Nickolodean (i cant spel) actris in such wonderfully wonderful (hahaha) films as Snowday and Summer Catch, none of which I have seen. (she lives in my neighborhood)
After their concert where I live, I met some guys from I think Devil's Jacket, and I met all the members from Creed. They all autographed a poster I had. Then Mom and a friend got Scott Stapp to sign my cane, and Mark Tremonti wrote a short message with his autograph (on the poster.) They were all really nice, and I liked having that short conversation with Mark, even if it was just for my name and how to spell it. *smiles*
I also met Patsy Torez, who had went to our high school to sing.
Leilani
I had just found this topic again and had more to add, so... . After the Creed concert and starting from a few years ago, I met some other musicians. During one of the Not So Silent Night concerts here, I got autographs from Gavin DeGraw, the guys from Bowling for Soup, and I think another band (I don't remember which one). And recently, on March 12th, my brother and I had got to attend a private show with Blue October. So we got to meet them, and the lead singer had me stand with him to take a picture with the band. That felt pretty cool to get to do that. *smile*

every person i meet is a celebrity. most have something worthwhile and interesting to contribute to my life.
those who have received 15 minutes of fame that I have met. Linda Bird Johnson, Tipper Gore, some basketball player whose name escapes me, the lady who played phoebe tyler on all my children, and I guess that's it.
this one probably doesn't really count, but I had a letter from Dolly Parton a few years ago after I got someone to write to her for me. I've also met Bob Fox and Hazel O'Connor who are two folk/country singers me and one of my friends went to see in concerts.
I have met the members of:
Disciple, Kutless, family force 5, story side b, inhabited, still remains, and I've met Eowyn herself! She's a Christian singer who is really good! I have a picture with her on my myspace page.
Also, I got to speak to kj52, a christian raper who's amazing! And when I was younger a friend of myne got me an autographed picture of Sarah Michelle geller, but I don't know where it is
